Which coin platform is worth more?

Imagine the hypothetical, generic MS-65 Saint that you are wanting to sell. Which slab platform will net you the most money for your sale:
1. In a PCGS OGH
2. In a PCGS blue holder with a green CAC sticker.
3. in a new PCGS 65.5 holder

All the CAC sticker means is that it's a 65. The new 65+ would mean it's awfully close to a 66, but will never upgrade. The 65 OGH might end up in a 66 holder...I guess it depends if the buyer is a gambling man
