How would you price a 1795 Flowing Hair half dollar in F+ but with a hole in it?

The hole is through the 17 portion. Otherwise a very original looking coin. A local friend of mine owns it. I told him I would be interested in it if he sells. Holed coins are not for everyone but I tend to like them for some reason. I have quite a few holed CBH which I commonly pick up for $20 or so. But this is a flowing hair

Well I figured if I got it I could drill this one for a matched set

I'd net it to Fair-2 and then subtract another $100 because the hole takes away the desirable 17 in the date.

Thanks Baley I dont know why I did not think to check ebay. And yes the coin is way nicer. F-15 maybe even pushing VF
