So many predictions about "The Big One" and....

IMO, those that carry water pertain to changes that will, over time, render most of the currently slabbed coins vulnerable to devaluation.
Pebbles make ripples that can have a huge impact. The changes may not be radical but the impact will be so. And, it has no doubt been carefully crafted to win majority support and agreement that the changes improve the hobby (and PCGS's bottom line).

Grading (scale and process) and authentication of the slab are the primary areas of impact.

    The only coins "vulnerable to devaluation" are the ones that are currently overvalued. Or more precisely, it's not the coins that will be devalued, but the plastic.
