Do you use Obverse and Reverse term only in Coins? Or does it apply to Currency as well?

    Obverse / Reverse = coins

    Face / Reverse = currency (although many coin folks use the terms face and obverse interchangeably).

    I say front and back for almost anything that has a front and a back...coins, dogs etc.

    The BEP refers to the printing plates as "face plate" and "back plate," so face and back are good terms to use.
