I've listed my submission as 'shared'-now, how do others get to see it?

I have had several folks tell me that they were unable to view a couple of submissions that I have listed as shared. I know that at least one has never visited the site before. What directions can I give them to navigate their way to the submissions? Do they click on the 'services' box,( like I would ) to view the menu with 'order status' and then enter the submission/order number?
Being a member, I am always able to go right to my submissions, but I have never tried to view another member's submission, so I'm not sure that it can be found using the same path that I do.

As always, thanks for the answers!

I think you have to be a collectors club member to view the Shared Orders page. What is your order number? Here is one of mine: 20374249
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    Hi Lee -

Now that I think about it, you're probably right about that. When I post the submissions on the forums, most everybody can see them, but when I send emails to people that I deal with (either from shows or eBay, etc.), they are the ones that are unable to access the listings.

The submission #s are 9113566 & 9113537 (order #s 20368459 & 20368456) - Canadian material with several nice top-pop (and lots of 1 higher) coins - they took most of the fall/winter to search & submit.

When I tried to pull up order#20374249 using the services - order status - find submission box - it said that the order was not found, and may belong to somebody else, click here to see my submissions. So that's not the way to go, I guess!

If you have a Collectors Club membership, you need to go to the Shared Orders Page (down near the bottom of the page) before pluggin in someone else's submission number.

The OP's submission came up fine for me.
