Are colonials commonly seen on the east coast?

Here in Michigan colonials seem to be few and far between, though I do know one person who collects them. Are they more plentiful in the east coast states where they saw actual circulation?

yes, and it makes perfect sense that they are found in greater number there

territorial gold, by comparison, is largely concentrated in the west coast

Alot have been seen at the larger shows.

Yes and I actually found a CT in the ground here in MD, and they supposedly didn't circulate this far south.

Common colonials are commonly seen here. Uncommon colonials are uncommonly seen.

It is said that in some ingrown communities that still exist deep in the Berkshires....they are still legal tender.
