Saw that 1954 NGC Multiholder set with an NGC Star Frankie a few days ago... being one of those who pm'd the seller too late...by then it was long sold to whoever the buyer is. So a message to the buyer : if your planning to sell it could you send me a pm first pls? Thanks!

Yes that was the one...lol
Got some sweet Franklin 1/2's on the way back from PCGS right now.
then we can commence with the offers
<< <i>.....get that thing in a PCGS MS65 FBL holder and i'm in at 1000$ >>
Too many hits on the bust and lower part of the bell to get it in a PCGS 65 holder (especially these days), IMHO, at least from what is apparent in the pics.
Never saw it.
I know nothing of toned frankies. IIRC I bought the entire set for something like $80, and sold for something like $130, so I was (and remain) content. But all this excitement has me feeling like the true value of the piece is much greater.

Never saw the piece in person prior to bidding, but figured it must've been nice to get the star.
<< <i>I would start the bidding @ 400$ for the coin in a PCGS MS65 holder >>
might want to start higher, i know people who wouldnt flinch at 1250
I would find it extremely hard to believe that this coin would sell at a level anywhere near even approaching 1250$ in a MS65 holder.
is it for sale ?
<< <i>Monster '58 ..........
is it for sale ? >>
It will be....I always let Skyman have first dibs on my 1958 mint set stuff......if he should happen to pass I know CB2597 is dying to get his hands on it. You know it just really comes down to price and I am not giving this coin away for a few hundred as the colors are just out of this world.

Don't be hatin' on ngc
I don't think it is a MS65 by PCGS standards
