Will TPGs slab coins with planchet defects?

Here is an 1853 A&R that I'd grade VF35 that appears to be very original and nicely toned (if you like dark toning). It has what appears to be a planchet lamination across the breast and face. There are also some small cudds along the obverse rim. Otherwise, it looks very attractive. Will TPG's consider this to be a problem coin and not grade it?
