Who plans on attending the Fort Worth ANA show next week?

I am just a tad excited about the Fort Worth, TX ANA show. For a several reasons actually...

1. This will be my first large coin show, and I will be there as an ANA member (Thanks Glenn H!)

2. I will get to finally meet Glenn H and Dennis88 in person and work with them.

3. PCGS is going to make their BIG announcement at this show.


Who else plan on going? I am looking forward to meeting as many CU members as I can while I'm there. I am also planning on bringing my video camera and making a mini-documentary about the "behind the scenes" stuff as well as the event itself. I hope none of you are camera shy! image If you are, just tell me and I will politely cut the camera off. I want it to be a fun time. I don't get away from my day job as a Civil Service computer technician much, so that's another reason I'm looking forward to it.

    I was actually planning to, as some of the flights are pretty cheap, but found out I will just be coming back from a work trip to Asia and don't think I can swing the extra time away from family (and sleep)

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

    I'm a gonna be there. I am contemplating taking a day or two off from work to spend more time. I would really like to take the 3 day class but kids have got to be fed! Looking forward to meeting a few board members too.

    I hope it will be a great show. I am curious as to what the big PCGS announcement will be. I'm hoping it will be a conservation division like NCS, and/or a better fraud prevention system. I really think the fraud prevention is to have a photo of the coin on every PCGS Cert lookup. Doesn't have to be high-res. 600x600 pixels would suffice.

    Does anyone know if Charmy the Penny Lady will be there? Eagle Eye? I would love to see some of their copper in person. Good stuff! image

    I will probably stop by after work on thursday and/or friday since I work only 5 minutes away, if the show is really good I may have to come back on saturday though.
