Edited to add better picture.

If you've ever owned a Morgan Dollar, you've owned a VAM.

From reading the boards the last few years, I think you're correct.
I've ignored VAMS over the years just for that reason - they've killed the golden goose.

No, he's serious. As was I.
<< <i>Actually, it is!
That's your first ever Morgan or Peace dollar? His point was that all Morgan and Peace dollars are VAMs. The greater majority are common. This one is not!

I'm pretty sure Lakes is aware of this, and from what I remember him posting, it wouldn't be surprised if it was his first VAM. I don't think I've ever had any unless if I have some morgans stuffed away as junk silver. They just don't do much for me..
So, is this one of the more INTERESTING VAMS??
My Dad's 94 - can he finally retire??
....and what a VAM to start off with! Nice find.
Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.
1887-O MS63 $110
1887/6-O (VAM 3) MS63 $2400

SeaEagleCoins got a first class ticket on a chartered Lear Jet with his O-148a, but yeah, you done well. Assuming you bought it as the non-VAM Variety.
Hey Lustig, what's the right thing to do here.

New thread: What would you do? My own son cherrypicked me then laughed!
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I'm going to call him tonight and let him know of his good fortune. He broke his hip last week and this week his sister died - he could use some good news......

Sorry to hear that. Any good news is probably welcome. Best wishes on his recovery!
