Thoughts on this 1859 Seated Half ?

I will likely cross this to PCGS sometime soon. I'm confident it will cross at the same grade.
Should I crack it out first and send it raw?

    That coin looks Unc. to me. I would crack it and hope for a 62 or 63.

    Nice Coin! Some of my favrites are ANACS crackouts.

    I think there is slight circulation wear. Here are some images at an angle.
    It shows the wear on the leg pretty well, but also shows the luster a little better.

    Leave it in the holder for the cross over. If you crack it it might come back as a fifty.

    Added I don't think it will go higher than it is now but a new holder would be a nice gain.

    no doubt it will cross.

    I dont see any wear in the upper chest area or knees. That would be the giveaway for me. I dont see any problem with the surfaces, but again, it's difficult to judge a coin based on a photo.

    Raw or not, I can see it slabbing AU55 or AU58. I do not think it will go MS, personally.

    Thanks for the replies... I will revive this thread from the dead after I get it back from PCGS.
    I would be seriously happy to see MS anything, but I feel it's accurately graded at AU55.

    Don't crack it! PCGS has shown no hesitation to bumping up the ANACS coins I've sent them. You're only risking a lower grade or, heaven forbid, a "genuine".

    I have only ever submitted raw coins to them before and none of them were crackouts.

    Nice looking half, and crack it for sure. It could see some MS upside.

    Edited to add, so long as only the high points have cabinet friction and not wear in the fields.
    If I say something in the woods, and my wife isn't around. Am I still wrong?
