Double Printed $2 ?-Need Advice
Hello,
I need some advice on this $2 bill that was given to me by my grandfather. It appears that back has been stamped twice, however in red lettering which seems off. The red ink below "United States of America" is identical to the black in that say United States of America. I don't much about error notes and would appreciate some advice as to what type of error it is? Is this worth anything? I tried searching for a similar bill, but was unsuccessful.
I have attached a scan of the front and back of the bill. Due to file size restrictions it might be difficult to view. I can email anyone willing to help or just interested the original scan.
Please help! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very very much!
JB

probably put thru a color copier.
Definately not done at the BEP
(the red back color, that is)
But when you do, keep the good side up so the clerk doesn't refuse to take it.

Curious though if the "grandfather" acquired it back in the days before color copiers were easilly available.

The series date looks like 2002 (it's a little blurry). My guess it was next to something printed red in a sweaty wallet and the color transfered.
The name is LEE!
