Here's a solution to the LSU/Gecko fiasco . . .

I'll offer up $100 to the charity of the board's choice and refund Gecko his $30 donation if Gecko disappears from the sportscard boards for 6 months and does not resurface under an ALT AND Bill forwards the Chamberlain to me and I will cut it into at least 4 pieces and post the images to the board then burn it and post an image of the ashes.

Personally, I find Gecko's continual declarations about how honest he is and how regularly he sends more money to sellers annoying. While I'm certain that he's upset about the principle of the Chamberlain, I find it odd that he's sent sellers hundreds of dollars more than seller's asking prices but continually complains about $30. I'm not doubting his pocketbook or his integrity, but I've learned through years of experience that those that preach the loudest do so because they've got a skeleton somewhere and their intentions are not always what they appear.

Anyway, there's the offer. It's not up for negotiation. Gecko leaves I'll refund his donation amount (the $30 stays with the original charity) AND I'll pay $100 to a charity the board determines. Also, Bill will forward the Chamberlain and I will destroy it and post evidence of the fact. Anyone wishing to challenge my integrity or motive may feel free to do so . . .

    I think you should hold onto your money Scott - that stipulation would be impossible to enforce.

    I dont want the $30 back, thats 1 hand of blackjack. What I want is for Bill to honor the deal HE MADE ME, as I have honored MY END OF THAT DEAL. Thats not asking for too much at all.

    Gecko has gone out of his way to prove here that he is a DB.

    BTW, I had every intention of fulfilling my end of the deal. Just delaying now do to the douchebaggery displayed on this forum.

    I'm not questioning Gecko's integrity. But to continually post about it and brag about it wreaks of something I can't put my finger on. Is Gecko enlisting coin forum folks to vouch for him now, too? Hasn't he vouched enough for himself already?

    Personally, I'm sick of all the posturing and posing. There are many on this board that could buy and sell you several times over, but they don't need to stick it in your or anyone else's face. If $30 is a hand of blackjack, that's great, but there are some here to whom $30 would be enough to buy diapers and some groceries.

    Before it gets too out of hand, perhaps you should try thinking about such things before spouting off about how great of a person you are. As pompous as I am, it makes me sick...
