Craigslist's Ty Cobb T206 Psa 8 fake flip

I just got fed up with all the Craigslist scam artists listing high-end cards with Psa flips in my area. I decided to send two of them this message:

Good Morning.

The T206 Ty Cobb Psa 8 card you have listed on Craigslist is Fake and an obvious reprint. The slab that resides in is also a very poor fake of a PSA flip.

Please pull this listing ASAP or local law enforcement will be informed of your illegal actions.

If you continue to list cards like this in the future local officials will be notified. I'll be watching..............

Both of the listings were ended by the sellers inside of an hour. One responded with this:

"hey c@@k sucker the cobb will be relisted so go s@ck donky d@@k and tell joe orlando his b@@ch a@s company can go f@@k its self d@@chbag"

Charming guy, HUH?

Here's a couple responses from a seller who was selling a 1948 Babe Ruth Psa card:

" Okay Dennis, Just did. They are not real slabs btw. And I did not sell notta 1."

"These are not fake psa slabs. They are made in China and are sold online. Also how do I know you are who you say you are? I am not selling these as PSA, it does not say PSA on the label and the # on the label do not match Psa's. Also show me where do you have a patten on a red boarder desing?"

My name is Dennis and I belong to the investigative arm of Craigslist.

You could be in more trouble then the scammer.

I'd be wary of claiming I am something I am not.
