Things that I miss... Numismatically speaking

ShamikaShamika Posts: 18,785 ✭✭✭✭

It just occurred to me how Heritage used to have a large selection of coins in there regular inventory which varied in price from high end Top Pop pieces to low cost starter coins. But today, their inventory is limited. In fact, looking over their selection of Buffalo nickels, the cheapest coin is $17,500.00!!!!! It's been this way for several years now.

I also miss ANR (American Numismatic Rareties) before they joined Stacks.

What do you miss? And yes, fell free to mention things from 60 years ago as well as 6 years ago.

  • I also miss the Heritage inventory. As well, I truly miss the pre auction only days of David Lawrence. They would seemingly list 100 new coins a say at a fixed price.
