    I would lean towards pmd, but I am not familiar enough with clips to render a useful opinion.

    My thought is if it was clip then the planchet should taper towards the clip? But I don't know if that is correct.

    Based on what I've learned here on the forums I'd say pmd for reasons stated by Partagas.
