  There was a day, I think the day before Thanksgiving, where eBay had Triple Bucks, but that only appeared once for me, and it didn't return when I went to bid later that day
  
  Anyway, yes ebay was showing Double today
  But, like always, I found nothing to bid on

  Nope. Not me. I got one last month for double bucks and used it. Maybe selectively offer it to those that haven't bought anything in a while - no, I have been a frequent buyer over the past year so maybe it's just random. On the other hand, it has been a very long time since I've received one of those 10% Off coupons. They used to be more frequent when my buying activity was lower...
