It looks rather dark to me. Toned IHCs aren't that difficult to find, and with some searching I think you can find a nicer one. I like the coin you linked, but not as much as many others I've seen.
I'm not a huge fan of the coin. PCGS probably wouldn't cross at grade (if that was your intent), since they usually limit spotted copper to 63, from what I've seen.
I like it too. Be warned some of these toned proof indian cents only show color when held at the right angle towards the light and can look pretty ugly when viewed in a normal fashion but I know you know this.
Descent coin...which brought the price I would have expected.....but I do think you can find a better one. I do see what attracted you to the coin though
