Another Ebay Best Offer Question

I decided to try out the Ebay Best Offer option on my auctions and am slightly confused about the best way to do it. If someone submits an offer that I reject is there any way to show in the auction what the highest offer is that has been submitted? I have been getting several offers at lower numbers than one's I have already rejected and wanted to keep that from happening. But I also didn't want to use the auto reject feature because on some of my VAM coins I have no real idea of value. I know Heritage has something similar and they keep the highest offer shown on the auction.
Any comments or recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks!
you can set the bid that you want automatically rejected...

and have been going with mostly 30 day BIN's
I didn't want to mess with rejecting offers all day
or deciding where to start the price at
(do you jack the price 20% ?)
I did let someone buy an item for 20% off (as I did not know a good start price)
but it has been a week and still no payment
I guess I won't do that again - maybe I will tell the guy when the 30 days is up, I will list it at their price
