What am I missing? Why wouldn't they receive it?

I think swartz1 is making a point that the selling price was a steal compared to the recent sales of other similar PSA 10s of that particular card .... $75 - $80, and that perhaps 4SC will reneg.

I think they will follow through.

    Good for you.
  • It appears to have been an error on a BIN listing.

If that is the case then I say 75-25 against it.

    Good for you.
  • I won a card from that seller before. The card I won was less that 20% of the going price but they still sent me the card. It was a Kobe card that listed for around $120 & I won the card for around $16 plus shipping. I may have been lucky but the seller has over 37,000 positive feed backs at 99.9%.

The question was posed because we know of at least one time where the seller did not follow through......

They listed the same card in a 9 at the same price, and it sat on ebay for 3 weeks. Then after it sold they listed 2 10s at the same price. The 10s each sold less than an hour after being listed, on consecutive days.

Might be they just wanted them gone, might be they did a lazy relist and it was a mistake. Either way it's not a foli in action 9 worth hundreds so they'll probably deliver.

If he didn't want to sell it for that price they should have started the bid at the minimum price they were willing to accept.
  • I think most are missing the point.

4SC is one of, if not the highest volume graded card seller on eBay and has more than a handful of employees. It appears the card was accidentally listed as a BIN based on PSA 9 prices.
