There's nothing wrong with differences of opinion, based on images or in-hand examination of coins. To me, the obverse spots and stains should keep it out of the MS65 category, but I've certainly guessed wrong my fair share of times.

I like the coin...the doubling appears dramatic and pretty cool to me.
I'm not a big fan of the fingerprint, but it doesn't kill the coin for me.
on it. Not to take away from the beauty of the coin, but I put this in the 64 grade for that reason.
As for the strike, I believe this one was double struck with other types of doubling also evident.
