  unfortunately, i am no help on the xmas ornament you are speaking of but i think they made paper weights with 2000 dated sac dollars at some point.

  Here is a pic of the COA and ornament set. My ornament has remained free of tarnishing and toning even though it has been hung on my Christmas tree a couple of times. The holder appears a shade darker than 90% coin silver. HM
