It means they have your shipment. However, you shipped from Minnesota and the coins are cold, so the staff is holding them in their hands during coffee break to warm the coins. They’ll send you an email when they are all warmed up and ready to be graded.

Maybe, but I've had seen hold on several of my submissions and there was no problem in the end.

Usually an email follows from PCGS indicating the problem but I wouldn't wait and would call them first thing Monday morning.
