Prio Mail - how long can it take?

Mailed a Prio Mail Small Flat Rate box Monday, CO to NY. As of Friday, it still hadn't arrived. No record in Deliv Confirmation, however a call to 1-800-ASK-USPS showed it's "in the system."

It seems that if you mail it out on a Friday- it is there by Monday, at least that has been my past experience over the last couple of months..

Good thought, but the storm was a non-event in Denver. Doesn't Prio Mail go by air? If so, it should have flown over and beat the storm to the east coast.
In any case, just got notification that the package arrived today - 6 days (ahead of schedule according to USPS!)
