    That's perfectly normal.

Just stand by and keep checking every half hour or so.image

They can't read something on the submission form, they couldn't process your credit card..etc...

rld14 is correct. There's a problem with the submission.

  • Could it be that I wrote all over the submission form I WANT TRUE VIEW!!! Please charge my credit card for true view?

Maybe, but I've had seen hold on several of my submissions and there was no problem in the end.

One of my latest submissions got put on "Receive Hold" because the check I wrote to cover the submission was still in the checkbook! image

Usually an email follows from PCGS indicating the problem but I wouldn't wait and would call them first thing Monday morning.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    The name is LEE!

It means they have your shipment. However, you shipped from Minnesota and the coins are cold, so the staff is holding them in their hands during coffee break to warm the coins. They’ll send you an email when they are all warmed up and ready to be graded.

I have always had to call them when that appears, so just give them a call and they sould be able to fix it when you're on the phone with them.
