I don't know how refunds/ returns are now but they used to be a disappointing PITA.

It takes a little while but they refund it to your method of payment account. PayPal to PayPal. Credit Card to Credit Card.

At least, thats what I have experienced.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

I seem to recall returns being somewhat costly too!

Like I said, it's been a while & I seldom return coins unless they're total dawgs.

If it's your first return you get the full amount back. If it's your second or more, I believe it's a 10 percent fee.
I returned my first and only coin a few months back and I got all my $$ back.

    Well, that settles that.

I return coins very rarely so something has
apparently changed for the better. image

I buy guite a few from them so my return may be higher. The problem im having is receving my refund.
They received the coin on 12/3/09.They said there returns are done on Tuesday which
should have been credited on 12/8/09.

I have yet to receive my refund,is there someone higher up i need to speak with?Or should

Irma Kane and Gilbert Dominguez have always been very helpful when I have spoken with them in the past.
