2008-W PCGS PR-70 $5 Buffalos going for $1000 - 1100 all of a sudden?

When did this suddenly happen?

I just did an eBay completed listing search and the last 5 or so PR70 (non first strike) buffaloes sold for 1000 - 1100.

I'm considering having mine graded now....

I seem to remember 5 months ago when there wasnt much of a price difference between 69 and 70 on ebay...

I believe there is tremendous pressure right now on these coins. Perhaps it could become like the Jackie Robinson Gold Comm.
