Toned PCI MS70 ASE crossover to PCGS ?

I have had this Silver Eagle for a few years and i was sending in a new submission so i decided to use my CC special to see if this would cross over. It is nothing special but i would like to know if
the members here think it crossed and if it did at what grade?
Thank you, I will post the grade or non grade later.

If it did, then MS67.
The name is LEE!
As to the grade, hard to see by the images.
But experience with these should be MS65

Likely.
The grade?
Hard to tell from your picture. Looking at it, I think it could get MS67 or MS68
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Good thing I don't know my SAEs, eh?

minimal because it was sent in with another submission. I only did this out of curiosity.

Wud you pay for the PCI to perhaps put this into perspective?
The name is LEE!

So you rolled and got an even number.
Again, not worth the return postage.
You have now taken it out of it's toning environment.
Slap another ASE in the PCI slab, and let her tone.

Contrary to popular belief, PCGS will cross 70s. They just won't cross them without cracking them out. So if you put "cross at any grade" or select a min grade other than 70 (you can's select 70 as your min grade), then they will crack it out, look at it, and you stand a chance of getting a 70.

edit: BTW, aren't these PCI slabs known for their toning so PCGS has evidence that it is NT (if you call toning caused by the slab NT. I guess it's no different than toning caused by an album.)
I would have thought 68 or 69
a PCGS SAE with attractive color goes for decent money usually
whether you added $15-20 value with the PCGS jacket, remains to be seen
