Anybody know if this is a RPM on a '63 D quarter?

I don't see it in my cherry pickers but perhaps somebody knows better?
No other issues with the coin anywhere (not shelf doubling?)

    Looks like it might be one to me. Bear in mind that there are quite a few RPMs that are not listed in the Cherrypickers Guide. One place to check is Conecaonline.org for their listings.

    It's not a RPM, but a common
    example of ejection or mechanical
    doubling.

    Very very common on 63-D and 64-D
    Quarters, as well as tons of other dates
    and denominations.
