Just as there are differenin g opinions on this thread (all about the same coin, I might emphasize), if there is more than one person grading coins at NGC - or PCGS, for that matter - it shows that sometimes, opinions, like grades, are subjective.
Nevertheless, this is a nice looking coin.

The lesson to be learned here is...Do not take great photos and blow them up for this crowd....Nice looking coin and FBL IMO
marks on face and some are deep. The FBL seem to fade in
and out so I would say no on FBL from PCGS.
