Does anyone know when the press conference/announcement regarding PCGS and Legend will be?

I read in the Legend Market Report that there is a BIG announcement coming up this week about Legend and PCGS. I assume there will be some sort of a press conference about it. I doubt that something as large as involving Legend can be done with a mere press release or a puny little post on the PCGS website. A grande setting along with the proper fanfare should be in order for something like this.
