Doe anyone know this man with a Double Denomination Coin?

Does anyone know this man? He only owns this one coin, a Double Denomination, Cent struck on Dime planchet, and he's asking $10 million for. Also, he has a Facebook, Myspace, and has joined several forums promoting this coin. Here's an idea of his ignorance, just follow the link and read his responces, it really stumped me, how he can justify what he's doing. He needs shut down.

There's a 1993-D Lincoln obverse muled with a Roosevelt Reverse.

Now that's a real double denomination! (And maybe some mint-employee fun image )

Yep, he is an odd duck, that's for sure. Read the last few posts of this thread on CoinTalk when I posted a unique ACG holder and I mentioned my 11 cent piece because that is his Avatar. He's very strange, and I'm really not sure what his agenda is. Link re ACG holder on CoinTalk

  • What a moron!

I could see him trying to sell a 1985 Ford Festiva for $500,000 because Ford invented the car. Plus it comes with all the paperwork documenting oil changes, but the odometer stopped working in 1990 when Japanese cars were being built with more quality. The individual spray paint job on it is unique, so it is worth so much more than a Ferrari. There are hundreds or thousands of Ferrari sports cars that have been made, but there is only 1 1985 Ford Festiva with muti-color spray paint and an "error" odometer. The car was shown to Jay Leno, and he said that it was a Chevy Festiva that was worth a million dollars. It would look nice in his garage. The title for it is lost, and I can't get a new one because the car is just too valuable to risk taking out on the road with all the BMW's and Lexus's that go driving around. This car won't be sold for less than $500,00.

That guy is a real tool!

I was able to get through 3 minutes and just couldn't stand to watch any more. Did anyone make it all the way through?

I did make it to the toe clipper part. Too weird, too funny. I fast forwarded to the 8 minute mark and he was still twirling it around seductively. I laughed, I cried, I mostly wasted 5 minutes of my life....I actually was worried he was trying to hypnotize me with that coin. I made sure I blinked a lot.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
  • Did I mention it was a "plain edge penny"? Now that makes a difference. lol

This person has been around for years trying to sell that coin. He started out trying to sell it for $1 million. He frequently posted on the ErrorWorld chat room on Yahoo. I don't know if he still post or even know if the forum is still active. I was once very active in it, but kind of drifted away unfortunately. I think as many as 8 or 9 years ago I first saw this person post. It is the same exact coin. He used to hype the fact that there were two complete dates. In any case, not worth $10 million or even $1 million. In fact, it may not be worth $1,000.

You'd think for that price he'd get it in a decent slab.
