  • Wow,

I can actually see these being modern rarities IF they got out into circulation without collectors putting away a few.

If what my local bank tells me is true that may actually happen. My local Bank of America encourages me to go to Wal Mart for new quarters. They do not have the new quarters at the bank.

I'm not sure but I think quarters distributed via Wal Mart would spread into the economy pretty quickly and after a few years Uncirculated examples would not be easy to find. Couple that with the fact that the Mint sets are different and a variety rarity could be right in front of us.

Of course, if I could ever get a few rolls I would.

    But so far, I haven't....
