Opinion/Value on Error SC Quarter

My aunt just emailed these pics, they are of a SC quarter, looks off center to me. She wanted an opinion on it, i.e. its approximate value. Anyone here familiar with the statehood quarter errors value? Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

I did look up in the redbook that off center statehood quarters are $250, but of course that doesn't take into account a lot of things, including degree of error.

Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

I'm guessing that if you take off that zero on the Red Book value, that you will be fairly close image

For the South Carolina coin, realistic price may be $50 or so.
