If I am logged into the boards and try to reply, or start a new thread, a red X appears in the message body. It will not let me enter any text. I can type in a Thread Title, but no message text. However, if I am logged out I can hit reply and I get the reply screen without the Red X and I can enter text. At the top of this screen is a message to Login to post. I then Login and it works. But once I am logged in I get the Red X again. I have used quite a few different Forums but have never run into this problem.
Note at the upper right corner of this page that there is "Navigation" label followed by "U.S. Coin Forum" followed by a check mark. Clicking on that will bring up a whole slew of forums. Testing is one of them.
