Discolored slab ring

Recently bought a PCGS slabbed Morgan.
The ring around the coin is a light green color.
I haven't seen this before and neither had the seller.
There is no damage to the slab.

Any info will be appreciated

I've seen them darken to yellow, but never green.

They have been know to turn a greenish yellow and I always get outbid on them!

It's just Bioluminescent Bacteria...look at it under a black light, its cool!

If I had such a PCGS slab, I would send it to PCGS for correction. That colored ring is ugly, and certainly a distraction to enjoying the view of a beautiful coin.
