GSA's and original packaging

I know our host cracks 'em and slabs 'em. I own ONE in our hosts plastic, as well as a few graded from our neighbors ATS, in the original GSA packaging (both the soft pack and acrylic holder), and much prefer them in our neighbors slabs. I noticed some on the 'bay that were cracked and slabbed by the guys ATS, much like our host does (with GSA noted on the cert). How long have the neighbors ATS been grading coins in the original GSA packaging?
I'll come up with something.
