Would PCGS slab a 1975 Quarter as 1975 if sent to them in the mint set package?

Even if they have to put the date like this: "1976 (1975)" would they do it?

Technically, there is no 1975 Quarter so, No.

A bi-centennial quarter will get the 1976 date I believe.

And a Cheerios Sacs that does not have the detailed feathers but is in the Cheerios package will not get the Cheerios designation.
