•1999-D New Jersey Quarter: 299,028,000
•1999-S Proof New Jersey Quarter: 3,713,359
•1999-S Silver Proof New Jersey Quarter: 804,565
Could have been stolen from someone's collection, cracked out of the mint case, and spent as part of the face value of the set.
They obviously lost value doing it that way, but a lot of folks don't know.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

About 800 or 900 thousand of those were minted as the US Mint did not offer Silver State quarters in anything other than Proof.
