So I get this Ebay message with a question about my listing for a PF 70 2002 ASE Silver Eagle..
"What does ASE mean?"...
Ok....maybe a newbe so I explain
Then I check out his auction buys.....The last 5 are PF 70 ASE's!!

On the other hand who knows. Thats just the scenario that popped in my head.
He might not be familiar with the abbreviation instead of the actual coin series. I don't think ASE is widely accepted.

Ok......so I went and checked the wording in his PF Eagle purchases ....1st one checked: (my error...I said they were all PF 70)
"1993-P NGC PF69 PROOF AMERICAN SILVER EAGLE COIN

NEAR PERFECT American Silver Eagle ( ASE )"
Edited to add: Don't you just think someone who is buying Proof Silver Eagles from the beginning of the series would know what an ASE was???? Maybe I just assume too much
