    Almost certainly not, at least in your pictures there is no definition between the third and fourth step on the entire left side of the coin.

    The "bridge over" of the third step as indicated, kills any chance of this getting a FS designation.

    The incused line must be continuous.

    Also, there is really no leniency with grading dates between 1940 all the way up to the later 80's.

    Might be worth the grading fees if you made a MS66 or higher... I don't think it would be a MS67 coin, but that cheek is really clean. It might end up in a MS66 holder.

    No chance on a FS designation. Sorry.

    whats in the field above the nose and in front of the eye?


    I looks like it could be lamination crack/error -

    if it is, I had one go in a genuine holder with a crack about twice as long as that one appears to be
