he stole a picture from a legit seller who owned the card, listed the card as his in a no reserve auction, some people pull crap like this to get quick cash, buy what they need and then drag out the refund process until they can pay the buyer back (and that's if they plan to at all, or the account isn't hijacked), also the real owner confirmed that he owns the card, he was very happy everyone reported it by the way, he didn't know about it until Ebay pulled it.
