Silver is still dirt-cheap. Just bought another couple hundred ounces. Trying to catch up with Otis, but I know I'll never get close to that high-rollin' pimp daddy.

The value of the dollar has declined by 7.3% (*official* figure, which is probably conservative).
M2 money supply has increased by 24%.
Mining costs have increased, implying lower future mine supply.
Demand for physical silver has increased by a significant amount.
Overall, silver at $19 appears to be a better value now than it was in 2009.
