Best way to get rid of toning?

I have a nasty toned coin (my own fault for leaving it out to expose in the elements). What is the best way to get rid of color? Yes I want this coin white again. Which dip works best?

Nothing toned can exist in his presence
(silver, not clad, right? It can be dipped but if the toning ate too much into the coin, you may not like the results...)
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

@RC
RC I love toners, but this is totally ugly.

Anybody who has seen this coin has asked me why I have not dipped it yet.
@ Golden
Thanks I will get some of that
OK so now that you are all like WTF.... this is the one that needs a dip....
Edited to add I would never dip the first coin.
best way to get rid of the toning is to ebay it.
But seriously, I use E-Z-Est. Available from your favorite coin supply store.
I also have MS-70 but I think that doesn't work as well as E.Z.Est on removing unwanted, eh, er, "color".
