WALKER '45D Toning? , damage? *Couldn't grade?

I sent two 1945D's in from unopened roll. One received a "67" grade. The other could not be graded. I assummed that it had a cool purple/maroon toning , however they would not grade. *Back is brilliant and clean.
Any comments ?

Depending on price, I may be interesting in the genuine one as it would go in my mom's birthyear set (I would crack it out for a custom holder I have for her)
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
