Is this 1824 CBH an Overton-104?

Got my Overton guide today, and I'm trying to attribute this beauty. I'm reasonably sure it's Obverse 3, but I'm not sure about it being reverse B. What's crossbar 4?

Hi Chad, nice CBH you have there image

It is an O-104. You can tell by the dot below the second U in pluribus. There is also a dot below the O-102 but this is not an O-102 because it is not an overdate.
  • Yup. Obverse 3 was only used once so once that was ID'd, everything else falls into place...image

So that's the U he was talking about? He says "Small die dot between scroll and eagles head under U." and I'm thinking... Well, there's 4 U's between the scroll and the eagle's head image
