How do I change my icon thingy?

I would like to send William and Mary out to pasture and replace my icon with this. How do I go about it? I know how to re-size the photo, but, I can't for the life of me find the option to change it here on the boards?

Usually icon upload day is on the 15th of the month. On that day, under your Profile, you can upload your own image.
But only on that day. Looks like you might have to wait another 4 weeks or so

If the 15th fell on a Saturday, you might think icon upload might be turned on Friday. If the 15th fell on Sunday you might think icon upload would be turned on Monday.
BUT NOoOoO! You'd be wrong.
