Howard was in the wrong, the reason I'm sure of this is because it was settled in a court of law, and not just my opinion. Why did it have to be settled in court law you ask, it's because Howard didn't want to do the right thing in the first place.

One thing I'd like to mention is that I have some cards set aside for DrJ. I haven't forgotten what a great Christmas present he sent me last year. And I hope to thank him in kind for his generousity this Christmas.
I would highly recommend NOT including Trent, nightcrawler, in this year's Secret Santa. Last year I had him for gifts and not only did he not confirm receipt of the gifts in the thread (I had Delivery Confirmation), he came up with some LIE of an excuse about being out of town for a month and not able to confirm mail delivery. Have the common courtesy to at least acknowledge receipt and or send a thanks my man. If anyone would like to see the PM trail of LIES just shoot me a message.
I neglected bringing this issue to light last year since I gave him the benefit of the doubt as a single incident, but with Trent's recent self-destructive behavior including dealing in counterfeit Gretzky's and repeatedly lying I thought the rest of the board should be on the lookout for this character. Another 80sJunkie/Technobailey in the making if you ask me. >>

Well with the new baby I can say I have a lot of diapers both new and used. I need the new ones but if anyone has a need for some well used ones they are up for grabs.
