  The strike looks average with many missing details. Even the indian hair, horn, top of letters of Liberty look flat. For only a 4th year production from the master hubs, the strike should be much stronger.

  I'll go 65 on that. I think it needs a bit more luster and the hit on the chin holds it back from a 66.
