No, Seller trying the same old scam he did before and got away with. eBay will look at it, and if they don't agree, they won't take it down. It just looks like a scam to me, and I don't think I'm wrong assuming it is.

Sorry, I don't think you are correct. You are using your brain. Ebay only uses rules. They don't have a rule against selling with bad feedback. I think the ebay guy will look at it and see no violations in the auction and do nothing. Now at a different desk when they see all the repeated non-deliveries they may take action. But thit isn't the guys that review auctions for rules violations. I'd say "let us know what happens" but they won't tell you. I'm sure you already got your form-letter reply back.
Geez seems like with the 5 straight negs they would have shut this guy down. I wonder if he tried doing a presale and is waiting for delivery himself but if true he should've at least contacted the victims I mean buyers.

<< <i>Haha. You do make a good point. We'll see, hopefully it's a legitimate auction and the buyer doesn't get screwed over.

I don't think it is legitimate. I just don't give the ebay drones much credit for brain cells. --Jerry

I am wondering if the seller's eBay account wasn't hijacked.
The recent pattern of bad sales / scams doesn't look like his
normal habits. A quick check of his other positive sales were
electronics equipment.
Of course, eBay should shut down this account - as a protection
to buyers and the hijacked seller.

I'm thinking the same thing. Regardless, eBay is negligent in not shutting down the account.

But I'm amazed that the bidders didn't look at his feedback first.
